Once users sign up for theInformed Delivery® service from the USPS®, users are sent daily emails with a preview of their expected mail for the day. It also allows for package management. Business mailers are encouraged to participate in this promotion by conducting an interactive campaign, with bold and interactive campaign elements to earn mail discounts by participating in the 2022 Informed Delivery Promotion. This year, there is an increase in the potential discount opportunities. Last year, mailers could earn 2% and this year it is 4%.

USPS Informed Delivery Promotion

With over 47 million userssince it’s launch in 2017,Informed Delivery looks to grow its database. The 2022 Informed Delivery promotion encourages mailers to participate in an Informed Delivery campaign so that they can earn a discount on postage for qualifying mailpieces.

Promotion Registration: June 15, 2022 – December 31, 2022

Promotion Dates: August 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022

Discount: 4% discount on postage for business mailers who register for the Informed Delivery promotion and conduct an Informed Delivery interactive campaign on qualifying mailpieces.
