Informed Delivery® from the USPS®, is a service that provides users the opportunity to preview their mail via email and manage their incoming packages. Business mailers are encouraged to participate in this promotion by conducting an interactive campaign, with bold and interactive campaign elements. Business mailers also have the opportunity to earn mail discounts by participating in the 2021 Informed Delivery Promotion.

USPS Informed Delivery Promotion

With over 28 million users1, Informed Delivery looks to grow its database. The USPS 2021 Informed Delivery promotion encourages mailers to register and conduct an Informed Delivery campaign on qualifying mailpieces.

Promotion Registration: July 15, 2021 – November 30, 2021

Promotion Dates: September 1, 2021 – November 30, 2021

Discount: 2% discount on postage for business mailers who register for the Informed Delivery promotion and conduct an Informed Delivery interactive campaign on qualifying mailpieces.
