Did you know the Earned Value Reply Mail promotion is one of the most popular USPS® promotions? It’s largely because this promotion rewards mailers of all kinds for something they are likely already doing — including a reply mailpiece in their mailing.

Mailers who include Business Reply Mail (BRM), Courtesy Reply Mail (CRM) and/or Share Mail™ in their outgoing mail to facilitate payments and donations can qualify for mail credits in 2021 through the Earned Value Reply Mail promotion.

Promotion Details

To qualify, mailers must register their Mailer ID (MID) and mail permit(s), and use eligible Intelligent Mail® barcodes (IMb) on the BRM, CRM and/or Share Mail piece during the promotional period. Each piece placed back in the mailstream and scanned during the promotion time frame can earn credits. This promotion is offered to both new and previous promotion participants.

New for 2021

Regardless of prior participation, all promotion participants are eligible to earn a $0.02 per piece credit for eligible mailpieces.

Note: Permit Reply Mail and Ballot Reply Mail do not qualify under this promotion.

  • RECOCHET envelopes – These eco-friendly, reusable reply envelopes can help lower your ecological footprint and potentially earn you mail credits under the Earned Value Reply Mail promotion (as long as the reply piece has an IMb on it for trackability and meets all program requirements).
  • #9 CRM envelopes – Although relatively small in size, a #9 Customer Reply Mail (CRM) envelope can do big things, such as facilitating payments to your business or organization.
