What’s New in 2026
Compared with 2025, the USPS has made several significant updates:
- Higher Discounts: Most promotions now offer 5% savings, up from 3–4% in 2025. This includes the Integrated Technology, Tactile, Sensory & Interactive, and Continuous Contact promotions.
- New “Catalog Insights” Promotion: Designed for catalogs with 12 pages or more, this new offer gives businesses up to 10% off postage—encouraging brands to re-imagine the catalog as a high-impact direct-mail tool.
- Simplified Add-Ons: The Informed Delivery® Add-On (1% discount + 0.5% eDoc credit) and Sustainability Add-On (1% for responsibly sourced paper) are now standard options. aCombine them with one of the five promotions.
- Program Changes: The 2025 Reply Mail IMbA Promotion has been retired, streamlining the focus on engagement and technology.
- Shifted Timelines: Registration and promotion periods now overlap more strategically.Marketers can plan campaigns earlier and maintain continuous participation.
