Through the years, Tension Envelope Corporation and the managing family members have been active in civic, education, and business groups. Bert Berkley, Chairman, has a long history of local, regional, and national participation in civic and advisory boards. Bert is a co-author of the recent book "Giving Back" on the subject of volunteering, sharing with the community, and involvement with charitable activities. Richard Berkley served as Mayor of Kansas City, Missouri for 12 years (three terms) and continues to serve on area civic advisory boards for city development and improvement. Bill Berkley, President and CEO, serves on boards of Kansas City nonprofit, business, and education groups, and is a past chair of the Civic Council and serves on the boards of the Kansas City Are Life Sciences Institute and is vice chair of the Greater Kansas City Community Foundation. He is currently the chairman of the Envelope Manufacturers Association, headquartered in Alexandria, VA. |
